中职校层级管理现状与提升策略分析

Situations and Strategies of Level Management in Vocational School

中职校是社会发展中的重要社会组织,具备层级组织管理的条件。受集权与分权思想制约,以及机构设置缺乏科学性与规范性,当前中职校层级管理存在管理权限不清、观念滞后、资源浪费效率低下等问题。中职校应注重扁平化层级管理、下移管理重心、创新管理理念等提升策略的有效运用。

The vocational school is an important organization with level management in social development. Limited by concentration and decentralization of power, and lack of science and regulation in institutional establishment, the level management in current vocational schools is unclear in management permission, backward in concept, waste in resources, and low in efficiency. Hence the vocational schools need to employ the strategies of flatting level management, down-shlfting management center, and innovating management concept to improve their role.
