摘要
介绍了一种采用线阵CCD测量物体振动的方法。该方法采用线阵CCD作为光电传感器件,通过对CCD输出信号进行二值化处理并从计算机获得数字式信号,从而实现对物体的振幅、频率和相位等相关参数的精确检测。实验结果表明,与其他传统的检测方法相比,该方法非接触测量、操作简单、精确度高、稳定可靠等优点,可应用到各种机械振动的检测中。
A method of the vibration measurement is introduced. Using a linear CCD as photoelectric sensor, CCD output signal through binarized processing from computer, the system can measure amplitude, frequency, phase of object vibration precisely. The experimental result shows that, compared with other methods, the method presented here has such advantages as noncontact measurement, simple operation, high precision, and reliable operation.
