摘要
激光熔覆是一种有效的金属表面改性方法。本文采用在45号钢上熔覆一层Ni25合金涂层。并对获得的熔覆层进行组织、硬度、耐磨和腐蚀性能的研究。结果表明:激光熔覆后的熔覆层表面的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性较基体有很大的提高。
The laser cladding is a kind of valid method for metal surface modification. The Ni25 self-iluxing powder was preplaced on the 45' steel substrate surface.Then,we will research the microstructure, hardness, wear resistance, corrosion of composite eoating.the results show that the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion of composite coating is improved by using laser surface modification to produce coatings on it.
