摘要
纯水液压传动技术已经成为现代液压界关注的热点。液压传动系统中的溢流阀是液压系统中的关键部件,起保障整个系统安全稳定的作用。本文采用RNG k-ε湍流模型,应用CFD软件FLUENT对主阀阀口的气穴流场进行了三维数值模拟,得到了气穴流场中速度、压力等物理量的分布,并研究了阀芯锥角对气穴强度的影响。本文研究结果对纯水液压元件气穴控制的理论和应用研究具有一定的参考价值。
Hydraulic transmission with Water has been the focus on modem hydraulic. The relief valve is the key part in hydraulic transmission system, which playing the role of safeguarding the security and stability of the whole system. Using RNG k-ε turbulence model and applying the software FLUENT, this article simulates numerically the cavitations flow field of the main valve, so as to get the distribution of velocity and pressure etc. It studies the influence of the valve core on cavitations intensity as well. The study results have a certain reference value in theory and applying research about water hydraulic parts' cavitations controlling.
