城市中少数民族居住环境分析——以乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族居民为例

Analyze the Living Environment of Minorities in City——A Case Study of the Uygur Residents of Urumqi

基于对乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族居民调查问卷获得的第一手资料,分析居民对现住房及其居住周围环境的评价,划分维族居民向往居住区的圈层。结果显示:维吾尔族居民对其住房及其周围环境较满意,满意的理由主要是交通与购物便利和周围环境好,不满意的理由主要是小区设施不配套和住房面积小,向往的居住区是市中心。此结论为城市基础设施建设和房地产开发提供一定的科学理论依据。

Based on the first-hand information got from the questionnaire survey and field investigation on the activity-diary of Urumqi citizens, the author analyzes the houses and living environment of Urumqi citizens, Further, dividing the circle of aspire district. The analysis results show that： Urumqi citizens are satisfied with their houses and living environment, the main reason is satisfied with the traffic and shopping facilities; not satisfied with their non-residential facilities and housing support small, their aspire living area is the center of Urumqi which is the taditional CBD. This conclusion will provide a scientific theoretical guidance for urban infrastructure construction and real estate development.
