喷射成形7055铝合金搅拌摩擦焊的焊缝组织与力学性能 被引量:7

摘要 采用全自动控制的往复喷射成形工艺批量生产大规格的7055铝合金锭坯,对喷射成形7055铝合金板材进行搅拌摩擦焊。通过对搅拌摩擦焊塑性连接时的焊缝成形、焊缝组织及力学性能进行研究,实验结果证实:用搅拌摩擦焊焊接4 mm厚的7055铝合金板材,选用合适的工艺参数,可获得外形美观、组织无缺陷、无变形的焊缝。焊缝各区域的组织有明显特征,力学性能测试表明,焊缝的抗拉强度为457 MPa,是母材抗拉强度的77%以上,远高于熔焊焊缝的强度,断裂位置位于热影响区。焊缝经T6热处理后,抗拉强度下降到401 MPa,但伸长率由2.58%显著上升至6.42%。 An industrial large-scale 7055 Al alloy billet was prepared by fully automatic controlled reciprocating spray formation technology,and the as-deposited aluminum alloy was joined by friction stir welding(FSW).The appearance,microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated by many kinds of experimental means.The results show that,the FSW joint which is 4 mm in thickness presents excellent appearance,defect-free,less distortion.The characteristics of the three distinct zones can be clearly identified,the joint tensile strength of 475 MPa reaches up to 77 % of the base material's and that is much higher than that of the conventional fusion welding joints.Fracture region locates at the heat-affected zone.After the T6 heat treatment,the tensile strength decreases,but the elongation increases from 2.58% to 6.42%.
