农村教育城市化需慎行——基于当前全国部分地区农村学校撤并风盛行的思考 被引量:3

摘要 在历史和现实因素的共同作用下,一些地方政府不顾农村的村庄和人口分布及经济社会发展差别,以城市化的教育模式对农村学校进行撤并,这种脱离现实的农村教育城市化模式给农村孩子接受公平、方便的教育带来了一系列的困难,给农村家庭增添了诸多心理和经济上的负担,对农村传统社区文化的传承也提出了严峻的挑战。我国农村学校的撤并必须要遵循循序渐进的原则,撤并前既要考虑到该区域群众的意愿、人口数量、人口结构、经济条件和地理交通环境,也要考虑到地方的文化特点、民族状况和人口流动情况等,不能搞一刀切。 Together with historical factors and realistic factors,some local authorities,in spite of its specific village distribution and population distribution,as well as the economic and social development differences,just merge the schools with urban education pattern.This kind of practice is completely divorced from reality,and brings many problems,harming the fairness and convenience of rural education,increasing the burden of countryside families,and severely challenging the inheritance of countryside's tradition community culture.The merging of rural schools in our country must follow the rule of preceding gradually in proper sequence,before which we should take into consideration the masses' opinion,the population,the population structure,the economic conditions,the geographical conditions,and should consider the regional culture characteristics,the racial conditions and the population migration as well.
