4-氨基安替比林Schiff碱的合成及其抗O_2^-活性 被引量：2

摘要 合成了未见报道乙二醛双缩4-氨基安替比林、丁二酮双缩4-氨基安替比林和其它Schiff碱。对这些化合物进行了元素分析、红外、紫外和核磁谱的表征。对化合物进行了抗超氧阴离子活性的研究。试验表明,这些化合物都有抗超氧阴离子活性。 In the article,4-aminoantipyrine Schiff bases were synthesized.Among them,two compounds,glyoxal pairs of contraction 4-aminoantipyrine and 4-butanedione pairs of condensed with 4-aminoantipyrine have not reported in the literature yet.These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV and 1H NMR.Tests were conducted to the compounds on the resistance activity of superoxide anion.The experimental results showed that the compounds had high activity resistance of superoxide anion free radical.
