氯气属于剧毒品,如果泄漏对环境和人身均会造成重大危害。所以在液氯的生产和储存管理中如何防止泄漏是氯碱企业的重中之重。本文介绍了本地区中小型氯碱企业现有装置氯气泄漏的处理,提出了技改方案,设计了一种用于液氯液化储槽、液氯包装区的事故氯喷淋装置,有效地预防了氯气的泄漏。

Chlorine is virulent,it will cause significant harm to people and environment if chlorine leals.Therefore,in most alkali enterprises,it is the most important for preventing the leakage of liquid chlorine in the production and storage.The chlorine leakage treatment of existing installations in the small and medium scale chlor-alkali enterprises in our region were introduced and then,a retrofit scheme was proposed.A spray device was designed both for the storage tank of liquid chlorine and package area.It works more effectively in case of chlorine leakage.
