摘要
设计了一种通用的过温保护电路。该电路是利用晶体管的BE结具有负温度系数的原理,转化成随温度升高而降低的BE结电压,控制晶体管的通断来达到过温保护的目的。仿真结果表明,该过温保护电路具有良好的稳定性,可以通用于大多数DC-DC转换器芯片中。
A universal over-temperature protection circuit for DC-DC converter was presented. This circuit was used the negative temperature coefficient of the BE junction of transistor, into the BE voltage which reduce with the temperature increasing, and achieves over-temperature protection purpose through controlling the transistor on or off. The simulation results show that, the over-temperature protection circuit has good stability, and can be used in most DC-DC converter chip.
