摘要
文章通过聚丙烯中空纤维膜法采收盐藻所得的清液用于养殖盐藻,经过10 d的试验得到:清液养殖与原卤水养殖在细胞密度上没有明显差异;清液养殖盐藻体内的Pb和As的含量分别是卤水养殖的1/5和1/50;用膜法采收分离清液养殖盐藻的方法是可行的。
In this paper,polypropylene hollow fiber membrane obtained from serum harvested Dunaliella salina for breeding,after 10 days of testing to be： clear liquid cultur and cell density in the original brine culture there is no significant difference;body salina curtur supernatants content of Pb and As were cultured brine 1/5 and 1/50;clear liquid with a membrane separation breeding salt harvested algae is feasible.
