摘要
运用Li-6400便携式光合分析仪,在1、4、7、10月中旬晴天自然条件下测定了四季竹2 a立竹的叶片Pn日变化规律及其光响应季节变化特性。结果表明:Pn日变化4、7、10月份呈双峰型,1月份呈单峰型。不同季节的Tr日变化均呈双峰型。WUE日变化4、7月份呈双峰型,1、10月份呈单峰型。AQY大小顺序为4月、10月、7月、1月,4月份显著高于1、7、10月份。LCP(10.337~17.945μmol/(m2.s)、Pmax[4.179~7.479μmol/(m2.s)]4月份均极显著地高于1、7、10月份,而LSP[1 030.947~1 492.064μmol/(m2.s)]4月份极显著地低于1、7、10月份。Chl年动态变化为单峰曲线,4月份达峰值,极显著地高于1、7、10月份。四季竹对光强的适应能力强,具有喜阳喜湿特性,影响Pn日变化的主要环境生态因子及作用排序由大到小依次为1月份Cond、Tr、Tair、RH,4月份Tair、RH、Tr、PAR,7月份PAR、Ca、Vpdl、Cond,10月份Cond、RH、PAR、Ci。
The mature leaves of 2 years bamboo in sunny day were used as the experimental materials.Diurnal variation of Pn,seasonal variation of light response were determined with Li-COR 6400 Portable Photosynthesis Measuring System.The results indicated that Pn diurnal variation of leaves of Oligostachyum lubricum in April,July and Oct showed a double-peak curve,and presented a single-peak curve in Jan.Tr diurnal variation presented a double-peak curve in four seasons.WUE diurnal variation showed a double-peak curve in April and July,a single-peak curve in Jan and Oct.Leaf AQY in April was significantly higher than that in Jan,July and Oct,showing the order as AprilOctJulyJan.leaf LCP(10.337~17.945μmol/(m2·s) and Pmax(4.179~7.479μmol/(m2·s) in April were significantly higher than in Jan,July and Oct.Leaves LSP(1030.947~1492.064μmol/(m2·s) at April was significantly smaller than in Jan,July and Oct.Chl content in April was significantly higher than in Jan,July and Oct,and its annual dynamic change presented a single-peak curve.Environmental factors in Pn variation and their roles in Jan,April,July and Oct were
