摘要
为调查江西省副猪嗜血杆菌的感染情况,从而为江西副猪嗜血杆菌病的防冶提供基础。从江西省32个规模化养猪场的80份表现纤维素性炎症的病料中分离得到了20株革兰氏阴性杆菌,经细菌形态、生化反应及PCR鉴定。结果表明分离菌为副猪嗜血杆菌,16S rRNA序列与NCBI上公布的序列同源性在97%左右。生物学特性研究表明,该菌只能在含血清和辅酶(NAD)的营养丰富的培养基上能生长,在不同的保存条件下该菌的存活时间差异很大。
In order to investigate the current situation of Haemophilus parasuis(Hps) infections in Jiangxi Province,and then provide a foundation for prevention and cure of disease caused by Hps.20 strains of Gram negative,small polymorphic bacillus were isolated from 80 samples characterized by serofibrinous,from 32 large-scale farms in Jiangxi Province.The results of morphological and biochemisty tests and PCR all validated that these bacteria were Haemophilus parasuis.A comparison of the 16S rRNA sequence between Jiangxi isolates and data posted on NCBI showed that the homology was about 97%.The study on its biological characteristics showed than it requied nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and serum of newborn calves added into the medium.The vitro-living time of this bacterium depended on the culture medium in which it was planted.
