摘要
为了能够综合利用青海省平安县上庄磷矿中磷灰石、透辉石、黑云母、铁矿石等矿物,提高矿山的经济效益。试验采用低成本的重选—磁选联合工艺流程,从P2O5品位为3.44%的原矿中选得P2O5为31.0%的磷精矿,同时回收了矿物量分别为31.06%和51.14%的黑云母和辉石产品,并且得到了含TFe为68.20%的铁精矿,为矿区的开发利用提供了合理的选矿方法和技术指标。
In order to utilize the minerals,apatite,diopside,biotite and iron ore in shangzhuang phosphorus ore in Pingan county of Qinghai province,the low-cost gravity separation-magnetic separation process flow is adoped in the experiment.The phosphorus concentrate with 31% P2O5 is separated from crude ore with 3.44% P2O5 and at sametime,31.06% biotite,51.14% pyroxene and iron concentrate with TFe 68.20% are obtained and this provides an appropriate ore-separation method and technical index for the ore district development and utilization.
