高校安全稳定是社会安全稳定的重要组成部分和重要前提。当前高校毕业生问题凸显,突发事件时有发生。大学生毕业前夕是高校突发事件敏感期和高发期,是高校安全稳定工作关键期。针对当前高校毕业生安全稳定工作中存在问题,准确把握高校毕业生突发事件及其特点,分析其成因,理清思路,创新工作思路,积极探讨工作途径,有效开展高校毕业生安全稳定工作是非常重要且有意义的。

Colleges are a major part and important premise of our society. At present, emergency situa- tions frequently occur in colleges as prominent problems of college students. The sensitive and peak period of college emergency situations is before the graduation, which is critical to security and stability of college. It is necessary to understand the characteristics of college emergency situations and to analyze their causes, in order to clear out and broaden the thought and to effectively carry out the necessary security and stability work.
