On Improvement of the Tourism Supervision Legal System

我国旅游监管法律制度现状仍存在一些不完善的地方,远不能满足快速发展的旅游市场监管的需要。为完善我国旅游监管法律制度建议从以下方面着手:完善旅游监管法律体系;健全旅游行业协会体系;合理分配监管主体的监管职能;完善旅游行业标准化建设。

This article studies the present tourism supervision legal system of our country. It points out that there are some imperfections in the legal system, which cannot meet the needs of supervision for the rapid development of tourism. It analysizes the tourism supervision system of developed countries, and gives advice on how to improve the supervision legal system of tourist market in China.
