贵州省中小型水库设计径流年内分配存在的问题

Problems in Annual Distribution of Design Runoff for Middle-small Scale Reservoirs in Guizhou Province

径流年内分配成果正确与否直接影响到水库工程规模的设定与工程效益的分析。当前贵州省设计单位采用的径流年内分配计算方法主要有3种:水文比拟法、降水年内分配替代法、回加基流法。本文分析了这3种方法的推理依据与计算结果,并用水文站的资料进行检验,建议今后设计工作应推广使用水文比拟法,有条件地使用降水年内分配替代法,不要再使用回加基流法。

Whether the annual distribution of runoff is correct will directly affect the size setting of reservoir engi- neering and project benefit analysis. There are 3 main kinds of calculation methods for runoff years distributed com- puting that used by design units currently in Guizhou province： hydrological analogy method, annual distribution substitution of precipitation and back plus base flow method. The article analyzed the reasoning and calculation re- suits based on the 3 methods, has compared the results with the hydrological data, and finally recommended that the future should promote the use of hydrological analogy method, conditionally use method of annual distribution substitution of precipitation, and not use back plus base flow method again.
