摘要
为了验证随钻钻柱振动声波录井技术在深井和水平井中岩性识别方面的应用效果,于2011年4月至6月,在塔里木油田塔北和塔中地区对该项技术进行了多口深井和水平井的测试,其中对直井段测试录井深度达6 721 m,大斜度水平井测试录井深度达7 017 m,获取了理想的检测资料。测试结果证明,该项技术不但可以在超深井和水平井有效识别岩性界面,而且对特殊地层(如奥陶系的灰岩风化壳)卡层准确。多口井录井资料的实例分析证明,该项技术在岩性识别方面具有一定的地层预测功能,显示出在超深井和水平井的岩性识别、地层预测和特殊地层监测等方面具有应用优势。
In order to verify the application results in the lithology identification with mud logging technology of the drill string vibration acoustic wave while drilling in the ultra-deep and horizontal wells.During April to June 2011,in the north and middle areas of Tarim Oilfield,the technology was tested in a number of deep and horizontal wells,in which the straight intervals of the tested wells′ logging depth were 6721m and highly deviated horizontal intervals were 7017m,which obtained the ideal test data.The tests have proved that the technology can not only effectively identify the rock lithology interface in ultra-deep and horizontal wells,but also can grasp layers accurately for the special formation,such as the Ordovician limestone weathering crust.The analysis of the practical examples for the mud logging data of multiple wells shows that the technology has a certain predictability on formation lithology identification and indicates the application characteristics of the technology in the aspects of lithology identification,formation prediction and monitoring the special strata in ultra-deep and horizontal wells.
