东濮凹陷北部低渗透性储集层录井产能预测方法研究

摘要 针对某一口井某一油气层进行精确产能预测是一个难题,钻井过程中以录井手段进行真正意义上的产能预测,目前在国内外尚属新的领域。针对这一现状,利用中原油田东濮凹陷北部低渗透性储集层的岩石物性化验分析,结合地层测试、岩石可钻性分析以及区域地质资料的综合分析数据,以达西定律的平面径向流流量计算公式为依据,在分别阐述该公式中各参数与相应参数的相关性并得出各自经验公式的基础上,尝试进行了钻井过程中的录井产能预测。该凹陷北部7口井低渗透性储集层的初步应用表明,录井产能预测方法对于单纯为油层的试油井段而言效果较好,而对于单纯为气层以及油、气层都有的试油井段而言效果较差。虽然目前录井产能预测整体效果并不明显,但其方法的研究为钻井过程中的产能预测提供了一种新的思路。 It is a difficult problem that fine productivity prediction is made in accordance with one hydrocarbon reservoir of a well.There is no precedents at home and abroad,which use mud logging technique to truly predict the productivity during drilling,in view of this state,combining with rock physical property laboratory analysis,formation test,rock drillability analysis and the integrated analysis data of regional geological data for low permeability reservoirs in the north of Dongpu depression of Zhongyuan Oilfield,and according to the flowing rate formula for radial fluid flow of Darcy′s law,the productivity prediction was attempted to make during drilling with mud logging technique on the basis of the formula parameters which were respectively expounded to have the relativity to the corresponding parameters.The preliminary application results from the low permeability reservoirs of 7 wells in the north of this depression indicated that mud logging productivity prediction method is good for oil testing intervals which are pure oil layers,but the effects are bad for oil testing intervals which are pure gas layers or oil-gas layers.Although the overall effects of current mud logging productivity prediction are not clear,but the study of this method provides a new idea for productivity prediction during drilling.
