摘要
为了研究酵母和大肠杆菌基因表达谱与蛋白质相互作用的关系,构建了蛋白质相互作用正负样本集.结合基于Pearson相关系数的共表达基因,分析了在受到外界刺激后,生物体内有相互作用的蛋白对与非相互作用的蛋白对之间的关系.结果显示,大肠杆菌和酵母在应激反应之后至恢复稳态的时间内,有相互作用的蛋白对与非相互作用的蛋白对之间的变化存在显著差异,对比发现非相互作用的蛋白对的基因表达谱具有较高的变化幅度.进一步分析了两物种的基因共表达网络,并阐述了作用机理.
By investigating the relationship between gene expression profiles and protein-protein interactions in yeast and E.coli,two protein-protein interaction example sets were constructed,including positive set and negative set.With co-expression genes based pearson correlation coefficients,the relationship between protein interactions and non-protein interactions in vivo was analyzed by external stimulation.The results showed that there were significant differences between protein interactions and non-protein interactions in response to stimuli.The non-protein interactions have higher changes on the gene expression profiles than protein-protein interactions.Further,a co-expression network for two species was analyzed,and the mechanism was proposed.
