The paper presents an comprehensive management and control platform for intelligent transportation（ITCMP） based on police geographic information system.The overall situation,the architecture and realization of the platform are introduced.The platform was achieved on the complex sharing of traffic information and many traffic business applications.The ideas of system integration from architecture,platform data integration,flatting command scheduling,and innovation of application are used in the platform.
