摘要
介绍了基于PGIS的智能交通综合管控平台的设计和实现,给出了平台的总体结构设计,对平台的主要功能进行了分析说明,讨论了平台的信息处理流程,并从集成的体系框架、平台数据集成、扁平化指挥调度、应用创新等方面阐述了综合管控平台建设的集成化思路.该智能交通综合管控平台实现了对智能交通的信息共享及综合业务应用.
The paper presents an comprehensive management and control platform for intelligent transportation(ITCMP) based on police geographic information system.The overall situation,the architecture and realization of the platform are introduced.The platform was achieved on the complex sharing of traffic information and many traffic business applications.The ideas of system integration from architecture,platform data integration,flatting command scheduling,and innovation of application are used in the platform.
