摘要
针对现有固定床蒽醌加氢生产过氧化氢的工艺特点,对氢化塔盘、氧化塔、氧化尾气、后处理等进行技术改造及优化控制,保证装置长周期稳定运行,并取得了良好的节能效果。
In accordance with the process characteristics of existing fixed bed plant used in hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process, the technical reform and optimizing control of the hydrogenated tray, oxidation tower, oxidized tail gas, post-treatment, etc. were carried out to realize long period stable operation. Good energy-saving effect was obtained.
