摘要
为适应当前USB接口广泛使用的现状,对NI公司的USB-6008数据采集卡进行了研究,分析了它的硬件结构,以此为基础,给出了基于USB接口的虚拟示波器设计流程和程序结构图,并将其应用于实际测量,在满足数据采集卡技术参数的前提下,虚拟示波器能达到普通示波器的测量精度,而在文件存储、数据计算等方面虚拟示波器更具有明显优势.
In order to meet the current status of the widely used USB interface, the ctata acqulm- tion card USB-6008 made by NI company was studied, its hardware architecture was analyzed, the design process and block diagram of the virtual oscilloscope based on USB interface was given, and the actual measurement was applied. At the premise of technical parameters of the data acquisition card, virtual oscilloscope can achieve the same accuracy as ordinary oscilloscope. In the fields such as file storage and data calculation, virtual oscilloscope has more obvious advantages.
