摘要
王屋高道司马承祯对促进唐代及其后的道教医学思想形成与发展做出了特殊贡献,在道教医学发展史上具有重要地位。其道教医学思想特点在于运用中医学基本原理来阐释服气的基本生理机制,主要表现为以下几个方面:确立了存思五牙之气贯通藏腑、经脉之要旨;初创逆修任督二脉作为道教内炼之大纲,确立了内炼与服药结合的却病修身机制;深入阐发了道教医学关于病因病机的观点。其意义在于首先把存思、服食辟谷、服药、治疗融为一体,特别是对内丹学确立任督二脉为内炼之要具有开拓性的意义。
Sima Chengzhen, the master Taoist on Wangwu Mountain makes great contribution to the forming and development of Taoist medical thinking in Tang dynasty and later dynasties and has the important position in the developing Taoist medical history. The characteristics of his medical thinking are to explain the basic physiological mechanism of taking Qi by employing the basic principles of Chinese medicine and they are as follows: Establishing the essence of keeping and thinking of five - teeth - Qi through organs and meridians; establishing the framework of training of inner energy of life through inverse practice of Ren and Du veins and establishing curing mechanism through training of inner energy of life and taking medicines; explaining the view points of disease cause and pathogenesis of the Taoist medicine. The meaning of his thinking lies in combining keeping and thinking, taking meals and fasting, taking medicine and treatment, and it is meaningful for Taoist theory for inner elixir to establish the essence of training of inner energy of life lying in Ren and Du veins.
