河北省中小学教师校本培训现状调查及对策分析

摘要 作为一种新兴的教师在职培训模式,校本培训对有效提升教师专业化发展水平起着重要作用。为了掌握当前校本培训的开展情况,分析和研究制约校本培训实效性的内外部因素,课题组在调查研究和实地考察的基础上对河北省中小学校本培训实施状况进行了系统研究,旨在进一步促进全省中小学教师校本培训制度化、规范化建设,促进教师专业发展水平不断提高。
