摘要
在自来水厂水处理工艺中,砷质量浓度是一个重要的控制参数,它直接影响供水质量与人民群众的身体健康.除砷是自来水生产过程中重要的环节,具有时变、带迟滞、非线性的特点,本系统采用模糊控制及常规PID控制相结合的控制策略,控制过程中在线修改、调整和完善控制规则,达到砷质量浓度控制准确、稳定的目的.试验表明,该方法与传统控制器相比,具有系统输出响应快、无超调、鲁棒性强等优点.
In the process of water treatment,the arsenic content is an important control parameter,which directly affects the water quality and the health of the people.Arsenic removal is an important part of the water production process,it has a time-varying,delay,nonlinear characteristics.This paper used fuzzy control and conventional PID control combined control strategy,in the process of control,modifies,adjusted and improved the control rules online to achieve precise control and stability purposes.The results of experiments showed that this method had quick response speed,no overshoot and good robustness compared with the traditional controller.
