摘要
教师的教育生活由日常生活与仪式生活构成,教育仪式参演是教师专业发展的文化途径之一。教育仪式具有象征性、展演性、神圣性和建构性,它是推进教师发展的"第二堡垒"。教师仪式文化通过生产教育正统、权力操演与神圣力量的御用来维持着自己的暗箱运作。教育仪式是教师教育生活的缩影、中心与范本,仪式参演是教师与时代教育精神、教育生活沟通的微妙渠道,是变革教师教育生活图式的一条捷径。
Teachers' educational life is made up of daily life and ritual life,and taking part in educational rites is one of the cultural ways of teachers' professional development.Educational rites are symbolic,performative,sacred and constitutive.Educational rites maintain their implicit operation by creating educational orthodox,manipulating power and exerting holy strength.They are the epitome,core and paradigm of teachers' educational life.Ceremony attending is a shortcut linking up teachers and contemporary educational spirits as well as educational life,which is a convenient way to improve teachers' educational life schema.
