Technical Progress of Amine Base Drilling Fluid

介绍了胺基钻井液的发展历程,主要特点及其国内外的研究与应用情况。指出胺基钻井液在钻井过程中所表现出的防止井壁坍塌性、页岩稳定性等性能可接近油基钻井液;而对比油基钻井液,不仅有明显的环保优势,还能大幅降低钻井成本。

The development process, main characteristics as well as the research and application ot amine base drilling fluid both at home and abroad are introduced in this paper. It has been found that amine base drilling fluid is similar to oil base drilling fluid in the properties of preventing wellbore collapse and maintaining shale stability, etc. , and is advantageous over oil base drilling fluid in that it is more environment friendly and can reduce drilling cost substantially.
