摘要
针对高温低渗透油田,研制了耐温延迟交联的凝胶调剖剂DJ,考察了体系pH、地层水矿化度、剪切时间等对调剖剂性能的影响,确定了凝胶调剖剂DJ最佳配方:聚合物浓度1 500~3 000 mg/L,交联剂浓度600~1 500 mg/L。结果表明,该调剖剂DJ具有良好的耐温抗盐性,该调剖剂DJ适用于30 000 mg/L的高矿化度地层,具有选择性注入的特点,在90℃具有良好的封堵性和耐冲刷性,适用于高温低渗透油田。在胜利油田坨166块T166X63井应用取得较好的效果,对类似低渗透油藏的水井调剖具有推广意义。
In view of the development of high temperature and low permeability oilfield, a heat resistant gel - type delayed crossing profile control agent designated as DJ was developed. The effect of pH value of the system, formation water salinity and shear rate, etc. on the performance of profile control agent was studied, and the optimum formulation of gel - type profile control agent DJ was identified, i.e. polymer concentration: 1 500 to 3 000 mg/L, erosslinker eoneentration: 600 to 1 500 mg/L. According to the results, profile control agent DJ is good in thermal stability, heat resistance and salt resistance. This proirde control agent is applicable to high salinity formation with the salinity of 30 000 mg/L. It can be selectively added, and is of good plugging and abrasion resistant properties at 90℃. It has been used in T166X63 Well of Shengli Oilfield Tuo Block 166 successfully, and can be applied for the profile control of water injection wells in other similar low permeability reservoirs.
