基于传统药物警戒思想的中药注射剂证候与妊娠禁忌探析

Discussion on the Syndrome Incompatibility of Chinese Medicine Injections and the Contraindications to Pregnancy Based on Traditional Pharmacovigilance

通过本草文献考证,对国家药品标准中收载的120种中药注射剂的109种组方药物的传统警戒论述进行详尽考证与整理。参照中药注射剂组方药物传统药物警戒论述,绘制中药注射剂证候及妊娠禁忌警戒表,共涉及68种中药注射剂品种,以探索中药注射剂临床使用中可能存在的证候禁忌和妊娠禁忌,为安全合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。审慎对待证候与妊娠禁忌,提高合理用药水平是提高中药注射剂安全性的关键。

Through literature review of materia medica and detailed textual study,the descriptions of traditional pharmacovigilance of 109 kinds of traditional Chinese herbs out of 120 Chinese medicine injections admitted in the national drug standards were discussed in this article.With reference to the traditional pharmacovigilance,a table of incompatibility of syndromes based on 68 kinds of Chinese medicine injections and their contraindications to pregnancy were prepared so that the possible incompatibility of syndromes of Chinese medicine injections in clinical use and the contraindications to pregnancy can be further explored,and the reference for safe and rational use of Chinese medicine injections be provided.
