2010年1月-2011年6月碳青霉烯类抗生素的临床应用情况

The Consumption of Carbapenem Antibiotics in Clinic Use from January 2010 to June 2011

目的：分析碳青霉烯类抗生素的临床使用现状。方法：选取全国772家监测点医院的药物临床应用信息,统计2010年1月-2011年6月碳青霉烯类药物的用药金额变化情况。结果：2010年1月-2011年6月监测点医院临床用碳青霉烯类抗生素的用药金额占药品总金额的份额基本稳定（1%~1.5%）。2010年碳青霉烯类抗生素的使用中,美罗培南的用药金额最高,占碳青霉烯类药物金额份额的52.25%。结论：772家监测点医院碳青霉烯类药物基本维持稳定态势,用药金额没有增加趋势。

Objective：To evaluate the consumption of carbapenem antibiotics in clinical use.Methods：Data were collected from 772 monitoring stations of medical institutions in the period from January 2010 to June 2011 and the expenditure of carbapenem antibiotics was analyzed.Results：During this period,the consumption sum of carbapenem antibiotics in the monitoring hospitals was unchanged,which was 1% ~ 1.5% of the total consumption sum of medicines.In 2010,the consumption sum of meropenem ranked the first,which was 52.25% of that of carbapenem antibiotics.Conclusion：From the investigation of 772 monitoring hospitals,the level of the consumption of carbapenem antibiotics remained stable.
