中医院开展临床药学工作特殊性的思考

Considerations on the Particularity of Clinical Pharmacology in TCM Hospital

临床药学是现代医院药学发展的主要方向,中药临床药学是临床药学的重要分支。中医院开展临床药学工作十分必要,且有其特殊性。如中西药并用,品种多样;人员结构中、西合伍,以中为主;中药合理应用的特殊性等等。中医院临床药学工作的开展应重视人才培养,提升临床药师的专业素质;注重临床药师的临床实践,关注合理用药;重视中药不良反应的监测;积极开展用药咨询,改变药学服务模式,从而使中医院临床药学得到更好的发展。

Clinical pharmacology is a principal direction for the development of pharmacy in modern hospitals.Clinical Pharmacy of Chinese Materia Medica is an important arborization of clinical pharmacology.It is very important to carry out clinical pharmacology in TCM hospital.The clinical pharmacology in TCM hospital has its own characteristics such as the combination in use of traditional chinese drugs and western medicines,the personnel team composed of both TCM and western medicine professionals,the particularity of rational use of traditional Chinese medicines,and so on.In order to further develop western pharmacology in TCM hospital the following work needs to be strengthened,such as personnel training,improving the professional knowledge and clinical practice of clinical pharmacists.In addition,attentions should be paid to the rational use of drugs and ADR monitoring of traditional Chinese medicines,medication consultation should be conducted and pharmaceutical service mode be adjusted.
