山东省基本药物遴选增补及配备使用情况分析

Analysis of the Supplement and Application of Essential Medicines in Shandong Province

本文介绍了山东省基本药物遴选增补的做法,对基层医疗机构基本药物配备使用情况进行了调研,并分析了基本药物目录品种与基层实际需求还不能完全适应的原因。提出应建立统一、规范、开放的基本药物增补遴选机制,加强基础数据调研,构建基本药物循证评价体系,引入药物经济学评价方法,充分发挥信息化对基本药物遴选的作用,提高遴选过程的科学性和合理性,更好地满足基层用药需求。

This paper introduced the approaches for the essential medicine supplement and the investigation on the application of essential medicines in the institutions at the grass-roots level.The reasons why the catalogued essential medicines could not fully meet the actual demand were analyzed.It was proposed that a unified,standardized and opening mechanism for the essential medicine selection and an evidence-based evaluation system should be established to strengthen the basic data research,evaluation methods of pharmaceutical economics should be introduced,and informationization should play better role in the essential medicine supplement.Scientificity and rationality of the selection process should be shown so as to meet the public needs for medication.
