脑胶质肉瘤的MR特征并文献复习

摘要 胶质肉瘤（gliosarcoma,GS）是一种罕见的高度恶性中枢神经系统肿瘤,发病率占成胶质细胞瘤的1.8%～8.0%。2007年WHO关于中枢神经系统肿瘤分类中将其归于胶质母细胞瘤的一个亚型,认为该肿瘤是具有向胶质和间叶组织双向分化的恶性肿瘤。为了加深认识,笔者回顾性分析了本院2003年1月—2011年1月8例经病理证实的脑胶质肉瘤,现就其临床、病理及MR表现,并结合文献复习,
