摘要
介绍了为解决铸坯裂纹而进行的一系列试验研究:大样电解试验、高温力学性能、射钉试验,力图对裂纹的形成条件、机制进行研究分析,并结合铸坯、轧材的低倍分析,综合分析裂纹的种类、成因,并将其试验结论作为工艺优化的依据。
A series of tests were introduced,by which the form condition and mechanism of crack were analyzed,such as electroanalysis,mechanical property under high temperature and shoot fastener.Combining with macroscopic tests of casting and rolling,the category and causes of crack were analyzed.Then the process were optimized based on the conclusion.
