微型种植支抗钉在磨牙压低治疗中的应用
摘要
磨牙的过萌主要由对合磨牙的早期丧失或后牙区锁合畸形造成。在某些情况下，由于缺失牙长期未修复，对合牙伸长下垂，给义齿修复带来了挑战。传统的截冠伸长牙治疗方法需以损伤对合牙为代价，理想的方法是通过正畸压入的途径使伸长的磨牙回复到原来的位置，同时又不损伤它们。采用正畸手段压低过萌牙，传统的方法有常规同定矫治和高位口外弓等。
