通钢年产35万t冷轧钢带连续热镀锌/铝锌两用生产线

论述由中国钢研新冶高科技集团有限公司设计和技术总承包的通钢年产35万t冷轧钢带连续热镀锌/铝锌两用生产线的主要技术参数、工艺流程、主要设计特点、热负荷试车及批量试生产结果。自主设计研发的新型电解清洗段及磁过滤系统、大型立式全辐射管加热退火炉及脉冲式燃烧控制系统、无铬钝化及耐指纹立式辊涂机、红外与热风循环复合加热烘干系统以及全线自动化控制系统等成套先进技术和设备获得成功应用。该生产线于2010年7月一次热负荷试车成功并批量试产合格无锌花热镀纯锌钢卷1.2万t。

The main technical parameters,process flow,main designed features and results of hot run of 0.35Mt/a CGL（GI/GL） for the cold rolled steel strip in Tonggang,which was designed and technically contracted by NMT of CISRI,was introduced.The complete sets of advanced equipments designed and developed on NMT＇s own initiative,such as the new electrolytic cleaning section and magnetic filters,the big vertical all-radiant tube type annealing furnace and pulse combustion control system,the vertical roll coaters for chromate-free passivation and anti-finger print,the drying system integrated infrared（IR） heating with hot air cycling,the line automation control system etc.have been successfully applied.The hot commissioning work of the line was completed successfully on its first run in July,2010.The 12000 tons of qualified and spangle-free galvanized steel coils have been trial-produced.
