SS400热轧H型钢翼缘开裂成因及控制措施 被引量:8

摘要 以842炉次SS400热轧H型钢为研究对象,借助金相、扫描电镜等对SS400热轧H型钢翼缘开裂缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,连铸坯表层夹杂、皮下气泡及角部裂纹是造成H型钢翼缘开裂的主要原因。通过采取钢水脱氧、提高锰/硫比、保证软搅拌时间和中间包烘烤时间、降低中间包钢水过热度、调整结晶器的工艺参数等措施,有效地解决了SS400热轧H型钢翼缘开裂问题。 Based on 842 heats of SS400,the flange crack of hot-rolled H section steel of SS400 was analyzed by using optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy and other methods.The results indicated that the blister,edge crack,surface inclusion and skin blowhole are the main factors causing the flange crack defect.The measures for improving H section steel quality were put forward such as controlling chemical compositions and stirring time,increasing the ratio of manganese and sulphur,decreasing inclusions and ensuring adequate tundish baking time,reforming the mould powder,decreasing overheat of tundish,adjusting the process parameters and optimizing the secondary cooling.
