Analysis on the Factors which Restricting the Healthy Development of China's Sugar Industry

当前,食糖价格持续上涨,除了一些导致糖价大幅波动的短期因素外,还存在防灾减灾、品种改良、蔗农增收和产业结构等方面的制约因素影响蔗糖产业长期发展,为此,本文提出了健全产业风险补偿机制、加大育种投入等建议。

Currently,sugar prices continued to rise.In addition to some short-term factors led to the volatility of sugar prices,there were also constraint factors which affected the long-term development of sugar industry,such as disaster,varieties improved,sugarcane farmers＇ income and industrial structure.So,this article proposed some suggestions about improving industrial risk compensation mechanism,increasing investment in breeding,etc.
