Along with the rapid development of the electronic commerce in recent years,the third-part logistics industry of Jilin province has developed very rapidly,turnover is increased,development situation is good.On the whole,third-part logistics of Jilin province is low operating efficiency.The article tries to find out the reasons,and put forward corresponding countermeasures on low operating efficiency.
