摘要
某石化公司换热器管板运行仅一年,发现管板多处产生了严重的裂纹。通过对管板的化学成分和机械性能分析表明,发现材料符合标准;通过对管板的金相组织检查发现夹杂物超标,通过对材料的扫描电镜分析和腐蚀物分析,判定管板的失效应为在多种条件共同作用下应力腐蚀开裂。
It is found that the tube sheet of heat exchanger has been corroded in one petrochemical company,after operating only for twelve months.By analyzing the chemistry composition and mechanical character of tube sheet,we discover that material meets the national standards.After analysis metallographic structure,it shows that impurity has exceeded standards,by analyzing the stereoscan photograph and corrosion products,it draws a conclusion that the corrosion of tube sheet is a stress corrosion fracture which multiform factors combine during the operating time.
