摘要
ANSYS软件作为大型通用有限元分析软件,在吊装施工中得到广泛的应用。结合某石化公司常减压装置冷换框架整体吊装施工,利用ANSYS合理建立模型,对吊装过程中的关键工况进行了分析,得到了梁、柱、板等构件的形变、应力等结果。为吊装作业提供了强有力的理论支持。
ANSYS software as a large general finite element analysis software,was widely applied in hoisting construction.Combined with a chemical compan in integral lifting frame construction by using ANSYS,reasonable model was built,the hoisting process critical working condition was analysized,deformation and stress were obtained with the beams and columns,board members.A strong theoretical support was provided for lifting job.
