摘要
每个大学生都具备科技创新潜能,进行创新性科技教育,激发大学生的科技创新潜能,是我国当代高等教育面临的一项十分重要的系统工程。本文根据大学生科技创新教育的现状,通过综合教学名师和优秀学子的经验之谈,探索激发大学生科技创新潜能的途径和方法:搭建科技平台,加强团队建设,注意因材施教,化被动为主动,倡导以点带面,全方位、多层次的实现创新型人才的培养。
Every undergraduate is qualified with potential for scientific and technological innovation,It＇s a very important systematic project our country＇s current higher education is facing to stimulate the undergraduates＇ potential for scientific and technological innovation.Basing on the current situation of the undergraduates＇ scientific and technologic innovation education,this paper explores approaches and methods of undergraduates＇ potential for scientific and technological innovation according to the experience of the famous teachers and excellent students.They are as follows： building a technological platform,strengthening team-building,teaching students according to their attitude,regaining the initiative,promoting work in all aspects by drawing on experience gained in pilot project,all-round,multi-level realization of innovative talents,achieving the education of the Innovative talents comprehensively.
