The Innovation Is the Endless Dynamic for the Sustainable Development of Non-governmental Universities: Records of Innovation in the Reform of Xi'an Fanyi University

创新是民办高校可持续发展的不竭动力。当前,我国民办高校面临从机遇型发展向实力型发展转化;从规模扩张向内涵发展转化;从同质化竞争向以个性特色立校转化,只有坚持不断地变革与创新才能实现民办高校的科学发展、可持续发展。西安翻译学院通过教育模式、文凭观、管理方式、生源质量以及文化立校等五个方面的不断创新,探索着中国特色的民办高校发展之路。

The innovation is the endless dynamic for the sustainable development of non-governmental universities.At present,China＇s non-governmental universities are confronted with the transformation from opportunity-based development to strength-based development,from the scale of expansion to the development of connotation,from the homogenization of competition to the construction of university with peculiar characteristics.Only through constant reform and innovation can non-governmental universities achieve scientific and sustainable development.Through five ways of constant innovations in education model,diploma concept,management,quality of students,running school through culture,Xi＇an Fan Yi University explores development road of non-governmental universities with Chinese characteristic.
