地方院校管理类专业课程教学改革探索——以渭南师范学院为例

Exploration of Local College Administrative Major Courses Teaching Reform: Taking Weinan Normal University as the Example

地方院校管理类专业课程和学生有自己的特点,具体教学中存在培养目标脱离就业实际需求、课程设置不合理、教学方法单一、忽视对课外时间的有效利用等问题,通过以市场需求为依据确定人才培养目标、以市场需求为导向,优化课程设置、改革教学方法和教学手段、充分利用学生的课余时间、强化实践教学和考核方式的改革等措施,可促进管理类专业课程教学改革,提高教学质量。

Local college administrative major courses and students have their own characteristics.In the concrete teaching,there are some problems such as training goal separated from the actual demand for employment,the curriculum being unreasonable,the teaching method being unitary,neglecting effective use of extra-curriculum time,etc.Through taking the market demand as the basis,determining personnel training goal,taking the market demand as the guidance,optimizing the curriculum,reforming the teaching method and teaching media,making full use of the students＇ spare time,strengthening reform of practice teaching and inspection way and so on,the reform of administrative major courses teaching can be promoted,and the teaching quality can be improved.
