摘要
以乌桕梓油为原料,采用酸碱催化法制备生物柴油,探讨温度、醇油比、催化剂含量等因素,在碱催化酯交换反应过程中对生物柴油转化率的影响。结果表明,随着温度、醇油比、催化剂含量的升高,乌桕梓油的转化率呈上升的趋势;在温度60℃,醇油比6∶1,KOH 1%的条件下,生物柴油的转化率可达98.84%,基本性质符合生物柴油的国家标准和0#柴油的国家标准。表明,乌桕籽可以作为制备生物柴油的一种良好原料。
Tallow kernel oil was used to prepare biodiesel by acid-alkali catalysis process.The effects of temperature,ratio of methanol to oil,concentration of catalyst on biodiesel transform rate were discussed during alkali catalysis and transesterification.The results showed that as the increase of temperature,ratio of methanol to oil,concentration of catalyst,the yield of transform rate increased.Under the optimum condition:temperature 60 ℃,ratio(6∶ 1)of methanol to oil,concentration(1%)of KOH,the yield of transform of biodiesel reached to 98.84%,which accorded with the standard of biodiesel and 0# diesel oil national standards.Therefore,the seed of kernel was excellent material for preparing biodiesel.
