不同营养液对三色堇无土栽培的研究

Soilless Culture of Viola tricolor Under Different Nutrient Fluid

以三色堇种子为试材,研究无土栽培试验中3种营养液(MS、园试配方、霍格氏配方)处理对三色堇营养生长的影响。结果表明:在营养生长期,喷施园试营养液三色堇株高生长较快,叶片数量较多,其次是MS营养液,霍格氏缓慢。霍格氏营养液促进三色堇功能叶长度和宽度生长效果好,其次是MS营养液,园试营养液最短。喷施园试配方营养液的三色堇嫩叶和功能叶中叶绿素含量较高,霍格氏配方处理的三色堇老叶中叶绿素含量较高。说明园试配方更适宜三色堇的无土栽培。

Seed Viola tricolor were used as test material, effect of spraying 3 kinds nutrient fluid of MS, garden tries formula and Hogger agricultural formula on the vegetative growth were studied. The plant height of Viola tricolor var. hortensisi DC. grew faster and there were more leaves spraying garden tries formula than MS and Hogger agricultural formula during vegetative growth. The leaf length and width grew faster with spraying Hogger agricultural formula than MS and garden tries formula. There was more chlorophyll in tender leaf and function leaf spraying garden tries formula than othres. There was more chlorophyll in oldder leaf with spraying Hogue agricultural formula nutrient fluid. Garden tries formula nutrient fluid was good at Viola tricolor vat. hortensisi DC. soilless culture.
