摘要
基因转录后还需要进行一系列的转录后修饰,仅从基因组水平不足以揭示植物雄性不育分子机制,还需要结合蛋白质组学的研究。现综述了近年来主要作物雄性不育的蛋白质组学研究情况,指出不育基因表达时具有器官特异性和时空性,并提出将蛋白质组学技术和基因工程相结合研究植物雄性不育机理的策略。
There are series of post-transcriptional modification after gene transcription. It does not reveal the molecular mechanism of male sterility in plants just from the genome, also requires studies of proteomics. This paper reviewed the application of proteomics to some main crops. The results showed that the expression of sterile gene had time and space characteristics and organ specificity,.also proposed a strategy of studying plant male sterility by combining proteomic technologies with genetic engineering.
