摘要
对三井专利技术的精对苯二甲酸装置PX氧化反应单元催化剂、促进剂浓度控制系统进行了详细的研究,通过对给料冲程泵冲程特性的校核,以及控制系统原理的分析,完全掌握了三井专利技术PX氧化反应单元催化剂、促进剂浓度控制系统的机理。根据现有冲程泵冲程特性和当前催化剂、促进剂浓度配比,对控制系统的参数进行了优化,使得催化剂、促进剂浓度的波动范围大为减小,平稳了PX氧化反应过程。
A detailed study on the catalyst and accelerator mass concentration control system of PX oxidation reaction in Mitsui patent technology PTA plant was carried out.Based on the calibration of the stroke characteristics of pumps and the analysis of the control systems principle,the mechanism of the catalyst and accelarator mass concentration control system was completely found out.According to the pumps characteristics and the catalyst's and accelarator's mass concentration ratio,the parameters of Br and Co control systems were optimized.The fluctuation ranges of Br and Co's concentration were greatly reduced,which smoothed the PX oxidation process.
