纳米银敷料与磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗烧伤创面的疗效观察

Nano silver dressing and sulfonamides pyrimidine zinc ointment for the curative effects of burn wound

目的比较纳米银敷料与磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗烧伤创面的疗效。方法将广东省茂名市人民医院2007年6月至2010年6月收治的240例Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组120例,观察组采用纳米银敷料治疗,对照组采用磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗,比较两组患者细菌感染率,创面愈合时间,第7天时高热症状例数以及毒副作用。结果观察组在细菌感染率,创面愈合时间,第7天时高热症状例数以及毒副作用方面均显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论纳米银敷料抗感染效果好,能迅速促进创面愈合,且毒副作用少。

Objective To compare nano silver dressing and sulfonamides pyrimidine zinc ointment for the curative effect of burn wounds. Methods We will be the hospital from June 2007 to June 2010 II degrees 240 patients were randomly divided into observation burn patients ergometry, each group of 120 patients, the observation group using nanometer silver dressings treatment group was treated by sulfonamides pyrimidine zinc, compared with two groups of patients bacteria infections, wound healing, the first time when symptoms number and high fever symptoms at 7 d and side effects. Results The observation group in bacteria infections, wound healing, the first time when symptoms number and high fever symptoms at 7 d and side effects were significantly better than the control group, （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nano silver dressings anti-infection effect is good, can rapidly protnote wound healing, and fewer side effects.
